Kryvyi Rih, Ukraine — A devastating fire at a one-story industrial facility resulted in the tragic deaths of three individuals in the Pokrovskyi district. Authorities reported ongoing firefighting efforts as the blaze spread across an area of approximately 1,000 square meters.

Local emergency services confirmed the fatalities included two men and one woman, underscoring the incident’s severity. More than 30 firefighters, supported by 12 vehicles from the State Emergency Service (SES), have been deployed to combat the flames.

Earlier on the same day, another fire erupted at the Vlasta hotel in Lviv. The State Emergency Service confirmed that response teams received the alert shortly after noon, responding swiftly given the situation’s urgency. The fire is believed to have originated on the ninth floor of the hotel, prompting an elevated response level that enabled firefighters to evacuate 15 guests.

The Lviv City Council reported that six individuals required hospitalization following the fire, with one man sustaining severe burns. Preliminary findings indicated that an explosion occurred in his room, although the details surrounding the explosion remain under investigation.
