CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Authorities have charged a man with murder following a shooting incident at a local Bank of America that left a woman dead. Sam’on Andrew Smith, 22, was initially detained by the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department as a person of interest and is now facing formal charges.
