ANDERSON COUNTY, S.C. — A fatal collision occurred Thursday morning in Anderson County, claiming the life of an elderly man and injuring several others. The incident, involving two vehicles, took place at the intersection of Three and Twenty Road and Hendricks Road in Easley around 11:45 a.m.
Authorities identified the deceased as 87-year-old David Bryant Wilson, who was a passenger in a 2007 Lincoln Sedan. The vehicle was attempting to enter Three and Twenty Road from Hendricks Road when it was struck by a 2024 Kia SUV traveling south.
The Anderson County Coroner’s Office confirmed that Wilson succumbed to multiple traumatic injuries and ruled his death as accidental.
