Emotions ran high as loved ones embraced near a memorial set up for Suniga. He was remembered by friends for his unwavering loyalty and willingness to help those in need. Robert Mandell, a close friend, shared that they had planned a festive night at the concert, describing the atmosphere as joyful and familial.
“We were happy. We were having fun the whole night,” said Mandell. “I’m just glad our last moments together were filled with joy.”
The incident reportedly began with an argument that escalated into chaos, prompting several individuals to open fire. New footage acquired by investigators captures the frightening moments when the fight broke out, leading to the shooting.

In addition to Suniga, police identified two other victims: brothers Christopher Sproule, 21, and 17-year-old Damien Sproule. The investigation is still underway, and authorities have not yet made any arrests in connection with the shooting.
