Rastogi allegedly conspired with her lover to kill her spouse, after which they dismembered his body and concealed the remains in a cement-sealed drum.
Kavita Rastogi, Muskaan’s mother, detailed a chilling confession by her daughter upon her return from a trip to Shimla, admitting to the heinous crime against Saurabh Rajput, who disappeared on March 4. Muskaan had visited her parents post the alleged crime, delivering the harrowing news in person.
According to her mother, Saurabh was deeply enamored with Muskaan, a love that tragically led to his undoing. The Rastogi family recounted how Muskaan manipulated Saurabh into distancing himself from his own family and their substantial assets. “He put everything at stake for her, left his parents, their property worth crores. And for what? To be cruelly betrayed,” Kavita Rastogi expressed during an emotional interview.
