MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. – On Sunday night, a man was fatally shot just blocks away from the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens. The shooting occurred shortly after the Miami Dolphins game against the Buffalo Bills ended around 11:15 p.m. As people were leaving the stadium, Miami-Dade Fire Rescue received a call just before midnight about a shooting near a Walmart on NW 27th Avenue.
According to Miami Gardens police, the preliminary investigation revealed that the man and a few of his friends were leaving the game when they got into an argument with someone in a vehicle. The person reportedly got out of the vehicle and started shooting at the group, hitting the man.
