Brandon, Manitoba — A violent altercation in a Brandon business district sent one woman to the hospital and led to the arrest of four teenagers, authorities said. The incident occurred around 2:15 p.m. on Sunday when police responded to reports of a commotion in the 800 block of Rosser Avenue.
Upon their arrival, officers found a 30-year-old woman with significant injuries that, while severe, were not life-threatening. After administering first aid, emergency responders transported the woman to a local hospital where she received further medical attention.
Authorities have charged two 14-year-old girls, a 17-year-old girl, and a 15-year-old boy with robbery and violence following the assault.
