Vancouver, Canada – A man is currently in police custody in downtown Vancouver after allegedly chasing individuals with a knife and carrying out a stabbing. According to Const. Tania Visintin, the police received a 911 call reporting the man chasing people with a knife and stabbing one person just before noon.
