Authorities identified the victim as 29-year-old Christian Alvarado of Pomona, who was found critically injured on the sidewalk. Despite immediate medical attention at the scene, Alvarado succumbed to his injuries after being rushed to Nyack Hospital.

I didn’t touch the car, I saw him slumped so I didn’t try to do anything.”
