By a decision of 5 to 4, the United States Supreme Court has upheld the Trump administration’s Title 42 border policy (with Conservative Justice Gorsuch joining the liberal Justices in dissent). The Court has also agreed to hear oral arguments and decide by the end of June on whether individual states can intervene.

The FBI spent $3.5 million to block conservatives on Twitter, and the FBI compelled Twitter to provide information that legally required warrants, even though they lacked warrants. Eventually, the FBI instructed Twitter to censor tweets and suspend accounts in the months leading up to the 2020 election, and nearly all were from conservatives.
After passing the $1.7 trillion omnibus spending measure on Friday, House Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy called it a “stain” on Congress. Currently, the United States owes more than $31 trillion. The bill increased government spending and failed to account for inflation. The President signed the bill making it official.
