Republican legislator Jim Jordan (R-OH) explained how Republicans want to exploit the Select Subcommittee on Weaponization. According to the Ohio Republican, the subcommittee’s three aims are to offer oversight to “get the fact on the table,” legislation solutions to the problems, and, if necessary, cut off funds to hostile agencies through the appropriations process.
