Alton, England – Hampshire Police have recently detained two additional teenagers in connection with a tragic incident that claimed the lives of an elderly couple earlier this month. Stan Rickman, 91, and his wife Roma Rickman, 88, perished in a house fire on April 14, which authorities are investigating as a potential case of foul play.
The announcement of these arrests follows the earlier detainment of a 16-year-old boy, who has since been released on bail. The newly detained individuals, both 15 years old, are from nearby towns of Bordon and Alton. They have also been released on bail pending further inquiries.

We are particularly interested in collecting CCTV, doorbell, or dashcam footage from the area which might provide additional insights into the sequence of events.”
