Glasgow, Scotland – A violent altercation in the Castlemilk neighborhood of Glasgow resulted in a man being hospitalised with significant injuries on Monday afternoon. Emergency services, including police and ambulance crews, were dispatched to Stravanan Road following reports of a 31-year-old man who had been seriously assaulted around 3:15 p.m.
Upon arriving at the scene, first responders found the man with a severe neck wound. He was promptly taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital where he is currently being treated. The injuries are serious but not believed to be life-threatening.

Authorities are requesting anyone who was in the vicinity at the time of the attack to come forward, especially those who might possess CCTV or dashcam footage that could aid in the investigation.
