Air Force Veteran Killed in Broad Daylight Attack in West Philadelphia

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania – A tragic incident unfolded in broad daylight in West Philadelphia, as an 88-year-old Air Force veteran and grandfather, Richard Butler, was shot and killed while sitting in his car. The victim was identified by family members as Richard Butler and was in a white Hyundai Santa Fe on the 100 block of North Dewey Street when the shooting occurred.
