Biden’s Incompetence Lets ISIS-Connected Smugglers Run Wild

In a shocking revelation that has left the nation’s security apparatus scrambling, the White House has finally admitted that a smuggler with direct links to ISIS aided migrants in illegally crossing the U.S.-Mexico border. This is not a conspiracy theory; it’s a confirmed fact that exposes the glaring holes in the Biden administration’s border policy.

CNN initially broke the news, revealing that the FBI is actively investigating more than a dozen Uzbek nationals who infiltrated the United States through our porous southern border. Even more alarming is that a smuggler assisted these migrants with known ISIS affiliations. This revelation was so critical that it warranted an urgent, classified intelligence briefing for President Biden’s top Cabinet members. Emergency meetings among high-ranking national security officials ensued. Still, one has to ask: Why did it take so long for this information to come to light?

White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre reluctantly acknowledged the situation: “The intelligence alerted us to a human smuggling network. We moved fast and successfully to disrupt it.” But let’s be clear: This is too little, too late. The smugglers have been detained overseas, but what about the migrants they helped smuggle? Jean-Pierre noted that there’s no evidence linking the migrants to terrorism, but that’s hardly comforting. The fact that individuals connected to a terrorist organization had a hand in breaching our borders is unacceptable.

While the authorities are still identifying and assessing all individuals who entered the U.S., no specific ISIS plot has been uncovered yet. But the keyword here is “yet.” The FBI continues investigating more than 15 of these migrants as potential criminal threats. So, the question remains: How many more are out there that we don’t know about?

Republicans are rightfully outraged. Representative Jim Jordan blasted the Biden administration on social media, asking, “Why doesn’t the Biden administration care about the disaster at the southern border?” Similarly, Representative Ken Buck emphasized, “The crisis at our border isn’t just a humanitarian crisis—it’s also a national security crisis.”

It’s high time for the Biden administration to get its act together. This incident is not an isolated event but a glaring symptom of a much larger problem. The border crisis is not merely a humanitarian issue; it’s a ticking time bomb for national security. The administration’s lax border policies are failing American citizens and putting the entire nation at risk.

The bottom line is this: Our borders are not secure, and the Biden administration seems to be more concerned with political optics than with the safety and security of the American people. This is not just negligence; it’s a dereliction of duty. We need to secure our borders now, and if the current administration can’t or won’t do it, then it’s time for a change in leadership. Enough is enough!
