Convicted: Two Sentenced for Involvement in 2022 Shooting Death of Keshy’ra Robinson, Separate Shooting in 2023

TOLEDO, Ohio – Two individuals were found guilty and received their sentences on Wednesday for their involvement in a fatal shooting that took the life of a woman in 2022. One of the convicted individuals was also sentenced for a separate shooting incident in 2023.

Deangelo Woodson, 19, was sentenced by Judge Michael Goulding to a minimum of 23 years in prison for his involvement in two separate cases. Woodson pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter and tampering with evidence in the 2022 shooting death of Keshy’ra Robinson. Additionally, he pleaded guilty to a felonious assault charge related to a January 2023 incident where he fired multiple shots at a victim during an argument.

Savannah Robinson, also of Toledo, was sentenced to four years in prison for her role in the death of Keshy’ra Robinson. She pleaded guilty to a felonious assault charge.

According to the police, Keshy’ra Robinson was shot in the head while she was sleeping at a home on Baden Street in Toledo on November 13, 2022.

Woodson was initially facing charges of murder, three counts of felonious assault, two counts of improperly discharging a firearm into habitation, two counts of discharging a firearm on/near prohibited premises, and tampering with evidence. Savannah Robinson, on the other hand, was initially charged with felonious assault, improperly discharging a firearm into habitation, and discharging a firearm on or near prohibited premises.

In conclusion, Deangelo Woodson and Savannah Robinson have been sentenced for their roles in the shooting death of Keshy’ra Robinson. Woodson was also convicted in a separate 2023 shooting case.
