Deadly Road Rage Shooting of North Attleboro Father Investigated by Massachusetts State Police

FOXBORO, Massachusetts – The death of Justin Parker, a 37-year-old father from North Attleboro, has left his community in shock. Described as a devoted family man and a hardworking employee of the state highway department, Parker’s tragic demise has been attributed to a possible case of road rage, according to the Norfolk District Attorney’s office.

Parker’s friends remember him as a gentle and family-oriented man who always put his daughter first. The deadly shooting, which took place on the highway, has prompted investigators to appeal to the public for information regarding the incident that occurred between 9:00 and 10:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 3rd. Authorities are particularly interested in footage from specific areas, including Interstate 95 South from Waltham to the Rhode Island line, as well as the Southeast Expressway from Boston through Milton and Canton to 95 South.

The district attorney’s office is urging drivers with mounted cameras or dashcams, such as truck drivers and rideshare drivers, to come forward with any potentially relevant information. In the midst of the investigation, Parker’s friend Robbie Bonin has expressed hope that the perpetrator will be brought to justice, emphasizing the importance of providing any pertinent information to law enforcement officials.

According to the information released by the police, the gunman was in a dark sedan that merged onto I-95 at 9:20 p.m. Parker’s vehicle, a black Mercedes, was struck by gunfire, causing it to swerve into a family in a Lexus, fortunately without causing any injuries to them. Parker’s circle of friends has strongly refuted any suggestion of him being involved in any altercations, emphasizing his kind and respectful nature.

District Attorney Michael Morrissey stressed the significance of sharing any potential video evidence with the authorities, highlighting its potential to lead to the identification of the individual responsible for the killing. Anyone with information related to the incident has been urged to contact the authorities at 781-327-9801.
