GARDEN CITY, Kansas — Authorities in Finney County are currently conducting an investigation into a disturbing incident involving a man accused of violently attacking his girlfriend. The suspect, identified as 34-year-old Kyle Deger, allegedly subjected his girlfriend to a series of brutal assaults over several days.
