Fighter Charged with Murder for Dumping Opponent in Sydney Street: Court Appearance Scheduled

Sydney, Australia – A man in Sydney, Australia will be facing murder charges following a fatal altercation that ended with his adversary being abandoned on a street and left to perish. The incident unfolded in Melonba near Mount Druitt, where a body was discovered on Georgina Ave on a Friday morning around 8:45 am. Authorities claim that the altercation took place between two men in a residence 700 meters away from where the victim’s body was ultimately found.

The tragic scene was stumbled upon by a mother and her two children as they walked along the sidewalk near the location where the victim was left. Surveillance footage from the area shows a black car departing from the scene, and later, police were made aware of a hit-and-run involving the same car. This vehicle was identified as the one used to transport the victim to the site where he was abandoned.

Bradley Fletcher, a cage fighter aged 38, has been arrested and charged with murder in connection to this incident. He was apprehended hiding in bushes nearby. Authorities suspect that the two men engaged in a pre-arranged fight before the injured individual was transported to Georgina Crescent, where his lifeless body was discovered by a passerby. The accused man has been denied bail and is scheduled to appear in the Parramatta Bail Court.

The deceased victim, a 32-year-old local man, was found by officers from the Mt Druitt Police Area Command with severe head and body injuries. The investigation into this tragic event is ongoing as authorities work to piece together the circumstances surrounding the altercation and subsequent abandonment of the victim in Melonba.
