Yoshabelle Edouard now faces serious charges, including aggravated battery causing great bodily harm, following an altercation with her former partner, 20-year-old Kervens S. Saintil. The troubling sequence unfolded when Saintil accused Edouard of vandalizing his vehicle using the condiments.
According to Charlotte County authorities, the incident was reported when Saintil notified them about the alleged vandalism. The situation escalated at their apartment complex, where Edouard confronted Saintil as he was accompanied by friends and his current girlfriend.
Witnesses, backed by police reports, described a dramatic scene where Edouard aimed her SUV at Saintil, causing him to roll onto the hood upon impact. This collision resulted in a shattered windshield and left Saintil with multiple injuries, including cuts and bruises along his right side.
