Oklahoma City, Oklahoma – Authorities are on the lookout for a suspect who brutally attacked a 46-year-old man outside a gas station in an unprovoked assault. The victim was left unconscious and in critical condition after the incident took place at the 7-Eleven on Macarthur and NW 10th. The attack stemmed from a heated argument inside the convenience store that escalated into violence when the suspect ambushed the victim as he exited the building.
According to Dillon Quirk, a spokesperson for the Oklahoma City Police Department, the suspect struck the victim in the head with an object obtained from his car before fleeing the scene. The victim was found with severe head injuries and was rushed to the hospital, where he remained in a medically induced coma for several days.
