Warren Crayton, 37, was arrested by Duluth police on Monday for randomly assaulting two individuals in the same vicinity before fleeing a shopping center the previous week.

The victim, Alfonso Peralta, a worker at a car wash by the Shell gas station, was left with a broken back due to the violent onslaught.
