Hawthorne, California – One person has been killed and five others were hospitalized after a shooting at a strip mall in Hawthorne early Sunday morning, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. Responding officers found multiple gunshot victims at the scene, some of whom had already been transported to nearby hospitals. One of the victims, a woman, succumbed to her injuries at the hospital.
