Inter-Provincial Gangster Wanted for 53 Crimes Killed in Police Encounter

BOUREWALA, Pakistan – In Bourewala, a criminal with a record of 53 serious offenses was fatally shot by his associate during a police encounter, authorities reported. The criminal, identified as Aamir, was wanted in multiple jurisdictions for crimes including robbery, theft, and murder. He was being transported from Vehari to district jail Okara when a group of four accomplices ambushed the police van in an attempt to free him. In the ensuing shootout, Aamir was killed.

Aamir, known as an inter-provincial gangster, had warrants issued by several police stations in Thana City, A-division Sadar Chishtiyan, Ahmed Yaar, Qabola, Shafiqa Abad, Shahdara town Rang Shah, Malika Hans, City Depalpur, Sadar Depalpur, and Gaggu for his alleged involvement in a string of criminal activities.

Following the shootout, authorities have launched a manhunt to capture the remaining suspects involved in the incident. The police department has mobilized multiple teams to locate and apprehend Aamir’s accomplices.
