Masked Fayetteville Man Kills Victim Outside Convenience Store: Police Warrant Details Incident on Valentine’s Day

Fayetteville, North Carolina – Police have arrested Tayshon Amonte Covington, 23, for the alleged murder of Donte Jemal Lucas, 36, outside a convenience store on Valentine’s Day.
