Naked Kenyan man arrested for brutally beating firewood deliverer to death in Texas

FORT WORTH, Texas – A Kenyan man, Christantus Omondi, 27, has been arrested and charged with murder after allegedly attacking and killing a firewood deliveryman in Fort Worth, Texas. The victim, 51-year-old Scotty Jackson, was delivering firewood to Omondi’s neighbor when Omondi reportedly came out of his house naked and fatally beat Jackson. Omondi is also facing charges of aggravated assault on a security officer and obstruction and is currently being held at the Tarrant County Corrections Centre.

The incident occurred during a particularly harsh winter in America’s Midwestern states, with at least 30 people succumbing to the biting cold.
