New York City Landlord Admits to Grisly Triple Murder in Queens Home

NEW YORK, NY – A New York City landlord, David Daniel, is facing murder charges after a deadly dispute with tenants in Queens. The situation unfolded as the NYPD uncovered a grisly scene inside a home, with three people found dead.

Daniel, 54, walked into a police station and confessed to the triple murder, telling officers that he was having issues with his tenants. The police then went to the two-story house on Millburn Street in St. Albans, where they discovered the bodies of two men and a woman, all with multiple stab wounds. The victims were later identified as Coleen Fields, Wayne Thomas, and Evette Sweeney, though their relationship to each other is still unknown.

The suspect’s sudden confession shocked neighbors, who described him as a quiet and unassuming individual. Queens District Attorney Melinda Katz arrived at the scene to oversee the ongoing investigation, which has yet to reveal whether there has been a history of complaints at the address.

Daniel now faces charges of murder and criminal possession of a weapon. The incident has left the neighborhood in shock, as authorities continue to piece together the events that led to the tragic deaths of the three individuals.
