Plane Crash Claims Life of Speed Racer Actor Christian Oliver and Daughters

KINGSTOWN, St. Vincent and the Grenadines – The wife of Christian Oliver, known for his role in “Speed Racer,” has made a statement following the tragic death of the actor and their two daughters in a plane crash off a Caribbean island. The family was returning from a holiday when their single-engine plane experienced engine trouble and fell into the ocean. Oliver, his daughters Madita and Annik, and the pilot were all killed in the crash.

In a statement posted on the Instagram page of the fitness company where she worked, Jessica Klesper expressed deep sorrow over the loss of their beloved family members. She remembered Madita as a vibrant 7th-grade student known for her lively spirit, while Annik is being remembered for her gentle yet strong demeanor.

To help cover the cost of returning Oliver and the girls home, plus funeral and legal expenses, a GoFundMe has been set up by the family. The Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force reported that all four bodies have been recovered, and the cause of the crash is under investigation.

Less than a week before the crash, Oliver had expressed excitement for the new year, and had recently completed filming his role in the thriller, “Forever Hold Your Peace.” Director Nick Lyon shared that it was their fifth collaboration and expressed gratitude for Oliver’s contributions.

The tragic accident has deeply affected the community, and condolences have been expressed to all who are grieving from the loss. The brave efforts of the fishermen and divers involved in the retrieval operation have also been acknowledged. The investigation into the cause of the crash continues.
