HOUSTON, TX – A bystander shot and killed a robbery suspect outside a gas station in north Houston, according to police. The suspect reportedly assaulted one of the victims with a gun before demanding his wallet.
The incident occurred on January 27, 2024. Police stated that the suspect hit a victim with a gun and then attempted to rob them. A bystander, who was at the scene, took action and shot the suspect. The suspect was pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities are investigating the incident to determine if the bystander will face any charges. The identity of the suspect and the bystander has not been released at this time.
