Safety Reminders Urged by Lake Mead Authorities After Fatalities

Las Vegas, Nevada – Authorities at Lake Mead National Recreation Area are issuing a reminder for visitors to prioritize safety following a series of fatalities and accidents over the recent weekend. The National Parks Service emphasized caution after six individuals lost their lives during the Father’s Day weekend, with incidents ranging from fatal accidents to drowning and suicide.
