Vehicle Crashes into Texas DPS Building, Multiple People Seriously Injured after Deliberate Act by Suspect

AUSTIN, Texas – A tragic incident unfolded in Brenham, Texas, as a stolen 18-wheeler crashed into a Texas Department of Public Safety office, resulting in multiple injuries. Law enforcement was pursuing the stolen vehicle when it plowed into the building, causing chaos. The Texas Rangers are now investigating the crash, and a suspect has been apprehended.

The suspect, identified as 42-year-old Clenard Parker, had previously visited the Brenham office and was denied a renewal for his commercial driver’s license. Parker was swiftly arrested on the scene and taken to Washington County Jail, facing charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle and evading arrest.
