Arrest Warrant Issued for Man Seen on Camera Before Fatal Shooting and Arson

LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. – A warrant was issued for the arrest of Thurman Lowe after police said he shot and killed Freddie Tribbitt and set fire to the victim’s St. Louis County home to destroy the evidence. Lowe has been charged with first-degree murder, armed criminal action, unlawful possession of a firearm, second-degree arson, and tampering with physical evidence.
