SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. – A tragic shooting incident in Spartanburg County, South Carolina on December 21, 2023, has claimed the life of one of the victims. Larry Gene Moore, a resident of Spartanburg, succumbed to his injuries while receiving treatment at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center, according to the Spartanburg County Coroner’s Office.
