Ramlochan’s mother, Liloutie Ramlochan, shared with Stabroek News that her son was transferred from New Amsterdam Hospital to Georgetown Public Hospital due to a lack of available beds. He is currently in the intensive care unit (ICU) receiving treatment for severe burns sustained in the incident. With the owner of the mill yet to provide financial support, she is now seeking help from the public to cover her son’s daily expenses during his recovery.
