Kristian Stewart, a 21-year-old, was in Washington, D.C. for his grandmother’s funeral when the tragic incident occurred on March 23rd, 2023, outside the Gardens Apartments in Southwest. According to his mother, Tequanitha Stewart, Kristian was trying to break up a fight involving minors when he was brutally attacked before being shot.
The heart-wrenching moments leading up to Kristian’s untimely death were captured on video by a cell phone and later shared on Reddit, shedding light on the heartbreaking incident.
