He succumbed to his injuries on July 3, 2023, at the age of 52, while Ellis continued to serve his original sentence.
After the announcement of Pavlov’s death, Ellis was charged with murder. His plea was accepted last week at Manchester Crown Court, where his total sentence was increased to a minimum of 15 years.
