Search Underway for Tajon Saxon in Connection to Unsolved Fall River Homicide

FALL RIVER, Mass. — Authorities are conducting a search for one of the four men wanted in connection with an unsolved homicide in Fall River, Massachusetts. Tajon Saxon, 26, is among those indicted in connection with the May 13, 2023, murder of 23-year-old Diamonte Odom in Fall River, as per Bristol County District Attorney Thomas M. Quinn III. Saxon faces charges of murder, carrying a loaded illegal firearm, and carrying an illegal firearm. He is also wanted on a default warrant in connection to a May 2021 Fall River double-homicide and has been added to the Massachusetts State Police’s “most wanted” list.

According to authorities, Saxon is also sought in connection with the May 2021 Fall River double-homicide of Jovaughn Mills and Miguel Sanjurjo, for which he is charged with two counts of accessory to murder after the fact. Authorities have urged anyone with information about Saxon’s whereabouts to come forward through various channels, including phone and email, or take advantage of a text-a-tip program for anonymity.

The other individuals indicted in Odom’s death include Quanif Johnson, 26, who is currently in custody in Rhode Island on charges related to another homicide case in that state. Dioni Tavarez-Leonirio, 25, and Devin Alves, 18, have also been arraigned in connection with the case.
