Belcamp, Maryland – A tragic incident unfolded at a McDonald’s in Belcamp that left 19-year-old Sebashton Nocar fatally shot. The Harford County Sheriff’s Office swiftly took a suspect into custody following the shooting.

Deputies responded to a report of a shooting at the fast-food restaurant on Riverside Parkway late on a Tuesday evening. Upon arrival, they found Nocar inside McDonald’s with a gunshot wound to his head. Despite efforts to save him, Nocar tragically succumbed to his injuries at the scene.

The alleged shooter, 32-year-old Djbril Ramatoulay from Aberdeen, was identified by authorities as the perpetrator responsible for Nocar’s death. The shooting reportedly stemmed from an altercation that escalated into violence inside the McDonald’s.

Steve Arbaugh, who worked as Nocar’s bus aide during high school, expressed shock over the tragedy, describing Nocar as a respectful and kind individual. Residents in the area were equally stunned by the violence that occurred in the normally quiet restaurant.

Following the deadly shooting, deputies obtained an arrest warrant for Ramatoulay, leading to his swift apprehension without resistance. Authorities urge anyone with information or video footage related to the crime to contact Detective P. Ross from the Harford County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division.
