**URGENT:** Norfolk DA Needs Dashcam Footage from Drivers in I-95 Shooting

NORFOLK, MASSACHUSETTS – The Norfolk District Attorney’s Office is actively seeking dashcam or any other relevant footage from drivers who were present during the fatal shooting of a 37-year-old man on Interstate 95. The victim, identified as Justin R. Parker, was driving his black Mercedes on the southbound side of I-95 in Foxborough around 10 p.m. on Feb. 3 when the shooting occurred.

According to the district attorney’s office, a sedan, believed to be dark-colored or black, was also driving on the same side of the highway, and the driver of the sedan is suspected of firing multiple rounds into Parker’s vehicle, causing him to swerve into a family’s Lexus SUV. The impact sent the SUV into the woods, resulting in non-life-threatening injuries to the family members. Parker’s car then swerved into the center guard rail before coming to a stop in the southbound lane. He was pronounced dead at Sturdy Memorial Hospital that same night.

In an effort to identify the shooter, District Attorney Michael W. Morrissey urged truck drivers, rideshare drivers, and anyone with a dashcam who might have captured footage on those roadways during the time frame of the incident to contact the office. Authorities believe that the suspected shooter was driving along the I-95 southbound corridor after 9 p.m. from Waltham to the Rhode Island line, or along Interstate 93 from Boston or Weymouth through Milton and Canton.

“We are not asking people to go back through their video footage themselves and make determinations of any kind – we are asking them to call so that we can arrange to have police view the footage,” Morrissey emphasized, underscoring the importance of obtaining any potentially relevant footage to the investigation. This call for assistance from the public aims to gather evidence that could lead to the identification of the person responsible for Parker’s tragic death.
