WANTED: FBI Announces ₹2.1 Crore Reward for Indian Man Who Allegedly Killed Wife at Dunkin’ Donuts

Hanover, Maryland – The US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has recently announced a reward of up to ₹2.1 crore for any information that can lead to the capture of Bhadreshkumar Chetanbhai Patel. Patel is currently on the FBI’s list of ten most wanted fugitives. Patel stands accused of murdering his wife, Palak, while they were both working at a Dunkin’ Donuts in Hanover, Maryland.

The FBI stated that Chetanbhai Patel allegedly attacked his wife with a kitchen knife in the backroom of the donut shop, resulting in multiple stab wounds. This gruesome act was captured on CCTV footage during a night shift, with the couple seen heading towards the kitchen area before disappearing from view.

Facing serious charges including first degree murder, second-degree murder, first-degree assault, second-degree assault, and wielding a dangerous weapon with intent to cause harm, Patel has been evading prosecution since an arrest warrant was issued in April 2015. Gordon B Johnson, the Special Agent in Charge of the FBI’s Baltimore Field Office, emphasized the violent nature of Patel’s alleged crimes that led to his inclusion in the FBI’s Top Ten List.
