Washington, Wearside – A man was brutally attacked with a baseball bat and repeatedly punched during a violent incident on Front Street in Concord. The altercation involving around a dozen people occurred late in the evening on Wednesday, February 28th. The victim, a man in his 20s, sustained multiple injuries as a result of the assault.
Reports suggest that the group involved in the altercation had been in the beer garden of The Middle Inn just prior to the attack. The victim was viciously targeted with a baseball bat, leading to severe injuries from being repeatedly punched.
