Violent Attack in West Hollywood Caught on Camera Shows Second Suspect Still at Large

WEST HOLLYWOOD, Calif. – Authorities in Los Angeles County are seeking the public’s help in identifying a suspect involved in a violent assault in West Hollywood. The incident, which occurred on Thursday, Feb. 15 at 1:20 a.m., was caught on video in the 7300 block of Santa Monica Boulevard.

According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, two suspects approached the victim and assaulted him during a verbal argument. At least one suspect was armed with a deadly weapon. Additionally, video shared by the department shows a dog in the middle of the attack, raising questions about the animal’s safety and ownership.

West Hollywood Station deputies located one suspect and arrested them for the assault. However, the second suspect remains outstanding and has yet to be identified. The authorities are asking for assistance from anyone who may have information regarding the assault. The second suspect is described as a male adult, approximately 30-40 years old, 5’10, and 190 lbs. The first suspect’s name has not been released.
